RETURN

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns by default. If you are not fully confident in your purchase, please refrain from placing an order.

In unavoidable cases where you must request a return, please carefully follow the procedure below and arrange for a prompt return shipment.

Item Condition
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Submit a Return Request
Click the “Request Return” button on your order details page and fill out the form as instructed.

Check the Return Approval Email
Once your return request is approved, you may proceed to ship the return at your own cost.
(For international orders, return labels cannot be generated due to Korean customs duties and taxes.)

Return Shipping Responsibility
All risks, taxes, return shipping costs, and original free shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refund. You are also responsible for any customs-related charges during the return process.

 

Restocking Fee (based on the item price)

Item arrives within 14 days of receipt : No restocking fee

Item arrives within 18 days of receipt : 10% of the item price

Item arrives within 24 days of receipt : 20% of the item price

Item arrives within 30 days of receipt : 30% of the item price 

Item arrives within 40 days of receipt : 40% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit

Item arrives within 50 days of receipt : 50% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit

Item arrives within 60 days of receipt : 60% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit

Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted.
In such cases, a store credit worth 20% of the item price may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for International orders.
If there is a product that you would like to exchange, please return the original one and place a new order.


Refund

Refunds will be done within 3-5 working days upon receipt and once the products clear our inspection.
