This discount program is designed for professional or business customers who make regular purchases — such as stylists, entertainment agencies, labels, artists, advertising agencies, and magazines.
<How It Works>
1. Sign up for an online membership.
2. After logging in, go to “My Account” > “Profile” page, complete the “B2B Business Registration Form” and save it.
3. After internal review, we will assign your B2B tier to your account and send you a notification email. You can check your B2B tier on your Profile page.
4. Discounts are applied in-store according to your assigned tier (discounts are not available online).
5. For bulk or upcoming purchases, please submit an order online and select “HOLDING REQUEST” as the payment option. We will hold and prepare the items in advance for you.
<Important Notes>
1. This is an offline-only program. Discounts are available exclusively at our physical store.
2. Please process returns or refunds within 2 days. We ask that you minimize returns by confirming your purchases beforehand. Frequent returns or cancellations may result in a downgrade of your B2B tier.
3. Holding requests are valid only until the end of the same day.
4. When paying in-store, please provide the phone number registered to your membership (used as your tier identification number) to receive the appropriate discount.
