RETURN & REFUND

International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns by default. If you are not fully confident in your purchase, please refrain from placing an order.
In unavoidable cases where you must request a return, please carefully follow the procedure below and arrange for a prompt return shipment.
Item Condition The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Submit a Return Request Click the “Request Return” button on your order details page and fill out the form as instructed.
Check the Return Approval Email Once your return request is approved, you may proceed to ship the return at your own cost. (For international orders, return labels cannot be generated due to Korean customs duties and taxes.)
Return Shipping Responsibility All risks, taxes, return shipping costs, and original free shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refund. You are also responsible for any customs-related charges during the return process.
Restocking Fee (based on the item price)
Item arrives within 14 days of receipt : No restocking fee
Item arrives within 18 days of receipt : 10% of the item price
Item arrives within 24 days of receipt : 20% of the item price
Item arrives within 30 days of receipt : 30% of the item price 
Item arrives within 40 days of receipt : 40% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit
Item arrives within 50 days of receipt : 50% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit
Item arrives within 60 days of receipt : 60% of the item price / Refund issued as store credit
Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. In such cases, a store credit worth 20% of the item price may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges for International orders. If there is a product that you would like to exchange, please return the original one and place a new order.

Refund
Refunds will be done within 3-5 working days upon receipt and once the products clear our inspection.

Refunds are issued on the same day your return is received and approved upon inspection.
Please note that exchanges and refunds are not available for international orders. In the event that a return is requested due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer is responsible for all round-trip international shipping fees as well as any duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
For exchanges, the item to be returned must be sent back first, and the replacement item should be processed as a new order.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via FedEx Express.
Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location and customs procedures.
Please note that local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and Korean VAT is not applied to international orders.
For security and compliance reasons, under-value declarations and gift wrapping requests cannot be accommodated.
Yes, in-store pickup is available.
When selecting the Store Pickup option during checkout, shipping fees will not be charged, and you may collect your order at any convenient time.

Yes, same-day delivery is available for customers residing in Seoul.

ORDER & PAYMENTS

To cancel your order prior to shipment, please reach out to us by 4:00 PM via the 1:1 Inquiry or Chat Support option located at the bottom of our website.
Be sure to provide your order number, name, and contact details for quick processing.
For urgent requests, please contact our store directly at +82 2-547-7332.
All international shipments are fulfilled through FedEx.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the FedEx tracking page, where you can monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.
Your order may be cancelled for one of the following reasons:
1. Although your online order was successfully completed, the stock availability may not have been synchronized in real time with our online system. In such cases, your order may be cancelled due to stock shortage.
2. For bank transfer payments, if payment is not confirmed within 24 hours (or within 12 hours depending on stock availability), or if repeated unpaid orders occur, your order may be automatically cancelled.
3. If an order is detected to involve a stolen or unauthorized credit card, or is suspected of fraudulent activity, it will be automatically cancelled by our system. If your order continues to be cancelled despite using a valid card, please contact us through the 1:1 Inquiry section or call our store directly for assistance.
If your credit card payment continues to be declined, you may proceed by selecting the PayPal Request option at checkout.
After submitting your order, please email your order number and PayPal account to the address below, and we will send you a PayPal invoice for secure payment completion.

ADDICTED is an authorized retailer, officially recognized by the brands we carry, and complies with the standard retail pricing policies in Korea.

We hold two regular seasonal sales each year.
In addition, outlet events featuring past-season items are offered occasionally on a non-scheduled basis.

Please note that we also operate a VIP Discount Program, which applies to both online and offline purchases, as well as the Insiders Loyalty Program, available exclusively for online members.
Except for initial defects, after-sales service is not available for items that have been used.

You can view all products in-store except for online-exclusive items, which mainly include outlet products.
Yes, photography is permitted within reasonable limits.
You are welcome to take photos for personal or social media purposes, provided it does not disturb other guests or disrupt store activities.
Please note that commercial photography and detailed product shots for design replication are not allowed.
For video content, kindly notify our staff prior to filming.
We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted inside the store.
To maintain the comfort of our shopping environment, we kindly ask customers not to bring food or drinks inside.
Any food or beverages brought upon entry will be safely stored in a designated area while you shop.
